8 NOVEMBER 2017
A resolution was passed at the Hui-a-whanau "That whanau approves the 2018 fee increase to take effect on Monday 15th January 2018." The next step is to ratify the Nga Nama - Fees Policy which will be posted on the website for whanau review and feedback.
11 OCTOBER 2017
Presentation by Te Kahui Manutaki (Leadership Team) to whanau responding to key findings from the survey "Quality Care & Education". Whanau asked to give feedback by the 26 October 2017.
13 SEPTEMBER 2017
Findings and recommendations were then presented at the Hui-a-whanau held on 13th September 2017. Watch the video animated about why the fee review was conducted. At this hui-a-whanau the following resolution was approved:
"That whanau agree in principle an increase in fees equating to a total of $30.50 per child per week for over 3 years of age, and $44.50 per child per week for under 3 years of age, with incremental increases over 3 years, and subject to the following:
1. The “Quality Care and Education” survey at be completed by whanau before 10pm, Thursday 28th September 2017.
2. Key Findings report be produced and presented to the leadership team.
3. The leadership team report back to whanau.
4. To work alongside Komiti Mahi to review Kaiako job descriptions”

A resolution was passed at the Hui-a-whanau "that whanau receive and approve the Nga Kuaka Fee Review Project Plan for execution, and approve the budget of $578"
12 JULY 2017
A resolution was passed at the Hui-a-whanau "that whanau receive the draft Nga Kuaka Fee Review Project Plan, and approve Dorina Paenga to Implement the planning stage of the Project Plan for whanau consideration and approval on the 9 August 2017.
